Our Mission

Our team of dedicated and talented individuals pledges to dedicate whatever time necessary to share the legacy of our ancestors and the people who supported them—publicly, privately, or even in life-threatening circumstances. We have devoted thousands of hours to researching and to documenting a multitude of fascinating accounts that have yet to be shared or included as part of the Black Experience. These compelling accounts have inspired a series of programming, 6 years in the making, that will educate and instill a long overdue sense of knowledge, enlightenment and connectedness into every American, whatever their race or ethnicity.

There are hundreds of topics and individuals (known and unknown) that have contributed to the history of this great nation which desperately need to be exposed to the public. Our mission is to penetrate the truth, and to dissect and discard the myths of Black American History which—both subtly and overtly—continue to thrive in our society and in our schools. We will present the multitude of contributions made by Black Americans, i.e. the arts, literature, theater, the old west, business, education, medicine, science, aviation, military, politics, inventions and inventors, music, film, stage, comedy, women, civil rights, religion, heroes, legal, gay, lesbian, trans-gender and scores of unnamed topics and events…as well as the many unsung heroes of Black History here in America.

We are constantly researching and developing newly-found information and historical data to further increase our already large catalog of one hour episodes and features. We believe that this project is destined to become a never-ending story and it will help to bring people together with a new sense of humanity and respect for one another and our wonderfully interdependent relationship as human beings, in general.

This project is like no other programming being broadcast by any network on television. We all will contribute something to our nation that is vital to its longevity. In the near future, we look forward to showcasing and honoring the robust history and experience of Native Americans, Asian Americans, and the many others who have contributed so enormously to our nation.

One of our many goals is create the Black American History Channel (BAHC) to air and distribute quality and positive programming which will educate all viewers of the history of Black Americans and the many non-Black Americans who will make this project an All American project.

Black American History, Inc. is also partnering with others to provide educational facilities which will provide a no excuse education to young people of all races and ethnicities. We will educate our youth and young adults by preparing and assisting them to become employable and or for college and beyond.

This project is destined to become a never ending story!
